ABOUT US
Şehit Şükrü Ünlü Secondary School is located in Anamur/Mersin. It has approximately 600 students between 10-15 ages, 31 teachers and 3 principals.
As school, we are a new school, we started educational year in 2018/19 term. Despite this, 3 erasmus projects are currently being carried out in our school. We have an experineced staff.
Our school has the title of “eTwinning School". Every year, our teachers are eligible to participate in the National Conference organized by the eTwinning National Support Service. In addition, our English teacher won the “Entrepreneurship" category of the 2021 eTwinning Turkey Special Awards, thanks to her successful work.
Our school is in the center of our county but not in city center. It is certain that we grow up the young people of next generation. We must gain them 21.century abillities. We are aware that
we need to provide “Project-Based Education" for the change and development we want in our students.
