The virtual meeting was carried out between 19.02.2024 – 23.02.2024 on the project Zoom account. The host partner was Türkiye and other participant partners were Czech Republic, Bulgaria and Poland.

The participants:

From Türkiye; Ms. Gülname Kayhan and Sakine Çağmel

From Czech: Ms Zuzana Horáková Radová and Ms. Dita Fuchsová

From Poland: Ms. Irmina Weychan and Mr. Andrzej Szczepanek

From Bulgaria: Ms. Venina Tsonkova and Silviya Dramalieva 

All participants were ready for each day.

First day, each partner introduced themselves, students of partners also introduced themselves and then they introduced their country, their district and their school via different presentations and videos. The headmaster of the host school attended and he made a welcoming speech. And the teacher of the host partner made a presentation on “What is the importance of inclusive education?”  

Second day, the teachers of the host made 3 different presentations on  “How do we achieve to remove the obstacle to learning?” , “How should social life activities be used while integrating immigrant students into school life?” and  “Teaching mother tongue, our cultural values and steps to be followed for social cohesion". Also all participants supported those presentations with their ideas, they gave examples from their country and school.

Third day, teachers of the host school tell the participants how to use Cram, Wordwall, Learning Apps and Quizlet. After each detailed usage explanation, each partner prepared their own digital games and showed it to the other partners. If they had any difficulty in preparing, the Turkish team helped them and explained again.

Fourth day, we discussed topics of the videos that will be added on the mobile app. And after a short discussion we decided our topics:

  1. Traditional Dishes
  2. Legends connecting with region
  3. Children’s Games
  4. Traditional Clothes + Traditional Dance
  5. Tourist Attractions
  6. National Days+ Religion Days

And we added some criterias for the videos:

  • One video for each topic will be prepared.
  • The duration of each video will be at least 3 minutes.
  • Erasmus logo, project logo and  disclaimer text must be added on videos. 
  • Neither partner will add their own school logo to the video. Only on the last screen, we will add “This video was prepared by ……(such as Bulgarian Team)

On the fifth day, the Turkish team told partners how to use Camtasia and Canva tools to create videos for our Mobile App. And other partners tried to create their own videos. They discussed what their mistakes are. Then all partners got their certificates with enjoyable music. All partners shared their ideas about virtual mobility and we ended it.
